Archived operational documents: the 2022 Membership Agreement and 2023 instructor handbook contain superseded cancellation, class-change or Mini Assessment procedures. They remain available as records. Use the Help Centre for current procedures and contact ZKS about formal terms. Do not follow the old email cancellation instructions.
