Go to Members AreaWhat to do
- Check the event cancellation policy.
- Message through the Members Area if you cannot attend.
- Do not assume a refund or credit is automatic.
- Wait for confirmation from ZKS.
Important: Event bookings often have different rules to normal membership payments.
