Book and check the confirmation

Use the current event invitation or Members Area booking. Select the correct member and event or day, complete the required payment, and check the confirmation. Do not assume a place is reserved simply because you have asked about it.

Before the event

Check the booked day or days, drop-off and collection times, clothing, food and drink requirements, and any arrangements for medication or additional support. Ask before the camp if any instruction is missing or unclear.

• Check the venue and travel arrangements; these may differ from normal classes.
• Bring the required kit and a labelled water bottle.
• Tell ZKS in advance about relevant support needs or changes to information already provided.
• Read the spectator instructions and check whether a separate spectator booking is required.

Changes, cancellations and questions

If you cannot attend or booked the wrong item, message through the relevant member’s record with the event, date and booking details. Follow the cancellation terms supplied for the event; a refund, credit or transfer is not automatic.
