Why arriving on time matters
Late arrival disrupts the class and may mean missing warm-up or safety instructions. It can also create safeguarding issues while the instructor is supervising the group.
If you are late
Late arrivals may not be admitted. Instructors use their judgement where safeguarding requires it; safeguarding takes priority. Do not leave a child unattended outside or assume they have been admitted.
Planning an absence
If you know you cannot attend an upcoming class, use the temporary class change guide before the session. A replacement is subject to the permitted period and availability.
