We group our students by school years and age ranges for the best possible learning experience:

Little Dragons (ages 3–4) – Fun, confidence-building introduction to martial arts.
Mini Ninjas (Reception–Year 2, ages 5–7) – Foundational karate, kickboxing, and self-defence.
Junior Martial Arts (Years 3–6, ages 7–11) – Karate, kickboxing, judo, and self-defence with a focus on teamwork and fitness.
Teen Martial Arts (Years 7–11, ages 11–16) – Striking and grappling including Muay Thai, karate, kickboxing, judo, and BJJ.
Adult Martial Arts (16+) – Taijutsu, striking, grappling, and self-defence.
HAVOC BJJ & No-Gi Grappling – Technical BJJ, submission wrestling, and competition preparation.
Adaptive Martial Arts – Inclusive martial arts for SEN and additional needs.

How to book a free trial

Choose a programme and check the current timetable. Create the parent or account-holder account, add the student and request an available class. Wait for ZKS to confirm the place before attending. A maximum of two trial sessions may be attended, subject to availability. If continuing, complete membership and Direct Debit setup before the next session.
