How do I book a trial?

How many trial sessions can I attend?

Available trial options depend on class capacity. A student may attend a maximum of two trial sessions. You can join after the first trial; a second trial is the maximum additional trial and remains subject to class capacity. After two attended trials, complete membership and Direct Debit setup before the next session. See what happens after the trial.

Book and confirm the trial

1. Use Start Your Free Trial; trials must be booked and walk-ins cannot be admitted.
2. Create the parent/account-holder account, then add the student who will train.
3. Complete emergency contact, medical, educational and accessibility information fully.
4. Choose the correct programme, venue and available class for the student's age or school stage.
5. Submit the request and wait for ZKS to confirm the place by email. Confirmation may not be immediate and full classes may operate a waiting list.
6. Check the date, start time, venue and any class-specific instructions in the confirmation.

If you cannot attend

Tell ZKS through the Members Area as soon as possible and, where possible, at least 24 hours before the trial. This allows the place to be released and gives ZKS the best chance of arranging another date.

A trial can normally be rearranged when notice is given, subject to suitable availability. Repeated changes or missed trials without notice may cause the trial request to be cancelled. An emergency will be considered reasonably if you contact ZKS as soon as you can.
