Quick Answer
Monthly membership is paid in advance by Direct Debit on the 1st, or the next working day when the 1st is a weekend or bank holiday. Check the Members Area for the amount due on your account.
Go to Members AreaCharges and payment cut-off
- Membership fee changes, additional purchases and special-event charges applied before the 17th are added to the next Direct Debit.
- Changes applied after the 17th move to the following month’s payment cycle.
- A failed Direct Debit creates a Stripe invoice for immediate payment, including a £10 late fee.
- If that invoice is still unpaid on the 17th, the balance rolls into the next Direct Debit submission.
Important: If an amount looks wrong, message ZKS through the Members Area. Do not cancel the Direct Debit to dispute a charge.

Include the student’s name, the invoice or charge, and what you expected to pay. ZKS aims to respond to payment queries within three working days. If you cannot access the Members Area, email admin@zksma.co.uk.
