Membership is paid in advance by Direct Debit on the 1st of each month. If the 1st is a weekend or bank holiday, collection moves to the next working day.

- The annual membership fee is split into 12 equal monthly instalments.
- Payments continue during school holidays, including summer, Christmas and Easter breaks.
- Your Direct Debit must remain active while membership is running.
- Payment questions and bank-detail changes should be sent through the Members Area.
Important: Cancelling the bank mandate is not a cancellation request. Membership cancellation requires at least 30 days’ notice through the Members Area, and cancelling without notice may leave payments and missed-payment fees due.
Changing bank details
Message ZKS through the Members Area before changing the mandate. Once the old details have been removed, add the new details under Account > DD. ZKS will confirm the update and use the new mandate for the next collection.
