If a monthly Direct Debit fails, ZKS issues a Stripe invoice for immediate payment and adds a £10 late fee. Pay it promptly to protect the student’s membership and class place.

- Use the Stripe invoice sent to you and pay the outstanding membership amount plus the £10 late fee immediately.
- If it remains unpaid on the 17th, the balance is added to the next month’s Direct Debit submission.
- Message ZKS through the Members Area straight away if you cannot pay or believe the charge is wrong.
- Make sure the Direct Debit mandate and bank details are active for future collections.
Important: After two consecutive missed months, membership is cancelled and the class place may be offered to somebody on the waiting list.
Returning after cancellation
Membership can only be reinstated after all outstanding payments and fees have been cleared. Rejoining is subject to a suitable class place still being available.
