How we consider medical advice, time away and class places.
Send a message through the relevant member’s record with the expected time away and any medical advice relevant to their participation or return. Injury-related arrangements depend on that advice and timeframe, rather than the standard one-month pause rule.
We will do our best to keep the member’s class place based on the expected absence. Please wait for confirmation of the arrangement, including membership status and payments; neither a pause nor a payment change is automatic.
Keep us updated if the timeframe or advice changes. Contact us before returning so the instructor knows about any relevant restrictions and we can confirm the class arrangement.
